All Things Open is a technology conference focusing on the tools, processes and people making open source possible. Our sophisticated and diverse audience is a technical one that includes designers, developers, decision makers, entrepreneurs and technologists of all types and skill levels.

The conference takes place in Raleigh’s Research Triangle Park (RTP), the world-wide headquarters of leading tech and open source companies.

The OSI is coming to ATO with a track designed to connect developers with the big policy conversations shaping our ecosystem. For over 25 years, OSI has worked to keep Open Source truly open, safeguarding licenses, building trust, and ensuring the community’s voice is heard when decisions about technology are being made.

This year’s State of the Source looks at Open Source from several perspectives. Hear about OSI’s priorities for 2027, get a practical introduction to Open Source licensing, and explore the latest public policy developments affecting Open Source. We’ll also examine the state of Open Source AI and discuss how OSI can strengthen Open Source education and advocacy.
