What OSI provides

• Expert-led programming grounded in our experience in Open Source Software and AI

• Facilitation of informed discussions on the technical, policy, legal, and social questions shaping Open Source AI

• Connections to OSI’s global network of Open Source leaders, practitioners, and subject-matter experts

What we ask of host partners

• A physical space suitable for 25–30 participants

• Collaboration with OSI to identify and invite participants from key stakeholder groups, including government, industry, civil society, and academia

• On-site logistical support appropriate to the venue and event format

• We ask hosts, where possible, to cover lunch for participants, with the option of a reception following the event. OSI can contribute to these costs as needed. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
